Hey 👋, I'm Sophie, owner of a small boutique Yoga Studio in Catford, South East London.

I have been inspired to create this channel during lockdown as a way to stay connected to my wonderful, loyal studio members and to also reach out to anyone else out there in the big wide world who may benefit from the classes I offer 💛
