Gerry Spence Method

The Gerry Spence Method is Gerry Spence's life's work. Through creative exploration, courage, and tireless devotion, Gerry developed the method behind his trial process. The Gerry Spence Method is based on action, creativity, and truth telling. Implementing the Spence Method starts with the individual lawyer. Before you can understand and connect with the jury, you need to connect with yourself. Before you can tell your client's story, you need to understand your story, and its universal truth.

The purpose of the Gerry Spence Method is to transform your trial practice through a deeper understanding of self, human behavior, and the importance of telling universal stories. The program is facilitated by highly accomplished trial attorneys, who volunteer their time. Our Instructors strongly believe in the method and use it in their practice, as they understand how powerfully it has helped their clients.
