I am a licensed nutritionist, breaking down the ins and outs of living a healthy lifestyle. Helping people change their relationships with food, and learning how to continue to enjoy the things they love the most in food. Understanding how food effects your health is so important as we move forward in this world. 

So many healing qualities comes from food. Just as so many chronic diseases can come from food. 

The first step is the hardest. Making the call. Reaching for help. And being tired of all the "fad diets" out there that promise weight loss only to gain it all back and feel worse. This roller coaster is a ride I help my clients get off of for good. The mental switch is awesome to watch and I look forward to helping you make yours.
