35 people have died in the 23 months since Virgin Trains (formerly Brightline and All Aboard Florida) began running form Miami to West Palm Beach.
While the company is moving forward with Phase 2 from West Palm to Orlando, the fight against the train continues in Indian River County, where train speeds will go more than 100 mph.
