Growing up watching her parents build an award-winning pasta business, Charis learned early the value of hard work and resilience. But at 19, her world changed when a hot air balloon accident left her Dad paralyzed and sent her Mom into alcoholism. Charis managed her internal crisis by becoming a hyper-achiever, giving her the illusion of safety and control. This defining moment eventually led her on a journey of profound healing—and a calling to help others break free from their own invisible constraints.
