So Vegan in 5 is a 5-ingredient vegan cookbook which will be your go-to guide for everyday, budget-friendly and time-saving recipes.
When we started So Vegan just over two years ago, we wanted to show people all around the world that vegan food can be fun, simple, and full of flavour.
We are so, so grateful to be given the opportunity to spread this message even wider with So Vegan in 5, so we can get more people eating delicious plants!

And we want to do something EXTRA special to celebrate the publication of our book…we would love for you guys to get involved! We want to publish 3 recipes in our book created by you guys – we want to involve anyone with a passion for vegan food and plant-based recipes.
To enter our So Vegan in 5 competition, simply follow these 3 easy steps:
1) Create a vegan recipe using 5 key ingredients (salt, pepper, oil and vinegar are cupboard staples so don’t count)
2) Post an image of your recipe, tell us what 5 key ingredients you’ve used and include the recipe steps on Instagram
3) Tag @wearesovegan and use the hashtag #SoVeganIn5. We’ll choose 3 of our favourite recipes to go in our book and the winners will also receive copies and be invited to an exciting event we’ll be having to celebrate the launch of our book later in the year.
The competition ends on July 31st and winners will be contacted directly. Salt, pepper, oil and apple cider vinegar are cupboard staples We can’t wait to see what you guys come up with and to share our book with you all!
