Cornell Performance Academy

Mission:
Build the athlete within.
We show our clients that each can find and develop his/her athlete within, that each person(s) can embrace his or her age, injuries, and traits to make goals within reach.
Our mission is to build you into a complete athlete by developing force, power, speed. And conditioning. Our coaching methods are designed to elevate and enhance your performance in mind and body.
Elite athletes can improve long-term with our methods. The focus is Calisthenics, Resistance Training, plyometrics, and Cardiorespiratory Conditioning.
We determine mechanical alignments, or muscular tone issues, to identify individual muscle imbalance needs. Along with the correction exercises and Sports Performance Nutrition Strategies, we force the body into adaptation by training around the various systems' thresholds using a well-planned approach with recovery principles applied to allow for transformation at different times of the year in or around competition.
