Skylar Griggs MS, RD, LDN

I believe in an individualized, evidenced -
based approach to nutrition. My passion
lies in helping adults, children and families
reach their health goals in a way that fits
their lifestyle and eating preferences.
I will spend time listening to what your
personal goals are to improve you or your
loved ones health, and we will work
together to achieve those goals.

We all want to look and feel our very best,
and I am here to help you get there!
