Nesaea - Farm to Table Greek Island Cuisine - by the "nice n easy" team.
The folks behind Greece’s farm-to-table “nice n easy” restaurants are opening Nesaea at the end of April, conveniently located above Kalafatis beach on Mykonos. Like “nice n easy”, the focus here is also on fresh, local ingredients from all over the Greek islands, of which there’s no shortage. Chef Christos Athanasiadis aims to serve elevated traditional cuisine in a tasting menu format, with dishes such as octopus cooked sous vide and served with quinoa biscuits, vinsanto wine jelly and honey; and bison meatballs from the owners’ own farm served with glazed kale, rice, lemon sauce and chips.
