The Chocolate on the Pillow Group

Creating comfort zones - no matter where!

As a multi-brand operator, The Chocolate on the Pillow Group operates in the DACH region at strategically located sites and has a diverse brand portfolio with various operator concepts.

We are growing steadily and operate with centralised services in efficient structures and optimised processes. The exchange with institutional and private investors, project developers, architects, brand and franchisors and industry experts makes us agile and fast in the industry. Thanks to the support of a strong shareholder, Art-Invest Real Estate, which in turn is part of the Zech Group, we utilise many synergies of the group and focus on increasing the value of the property as well as on profitable operations with high employee satisfaction.
