I am The Corset Disciplinarian. I am over 60 years old and a devotee of the Practice of Corset Tight-Lacing and the Art of Waist-Training (aka corset body modification). I have been maintaining my own 22" waist and have been lecturing and coaching on this artform for over 15 years. Corsets are more than an item of clothing, they are a most unique lifestyle experience!
