Hand to Toe Pose is a challenging and invigorating balance posture with many benefits: 1 - Stretches hamstrings and hips. 2 - Stretches adductors. 3 - Strengthens back and arm muscles. 4 - Improves Focus and concentration. 5 - Calms the mind and improves focus.
Caution - Do not practice this pose if you have a recent or chronic ankle or lower back injury. Always, work within your own range of limits and abilities.
