Michigan Life Above the 45th Parallel

Hi! We're Jason aka Sizzle and Clarissa. 

We're weekend warriors, this vlog is to document our journey from the beginning. The goal is to build a debt-free homestead to retire to.

In 2020, We bought 10 untouched acres in Northwestern Michigan. Documenting our journey, successes, and work. We know it's going to take time, patience, and some really hard work, but it should be exciting!  

Living in downstate Michigan limits our work time, we'll be eventually moving to the property and building the house on site. 

We are in the beginning stages of development. The dream continues with perseverance and tenacity.
