Brains Gains &Cat Hair

Welcome to Brains, Gains, & Cat Hair — a cozy, chaotic corner of the internet where ADHD meets athletic ambition (and the occasional cat interruption).

I'm Kaya: a nurse, triathlon newbie, ADHD human, and cat mom to Max (the chill loaf) and Luna (the adorable menace).
This channel is part vlog, part experiment, and part accountability buddy — documenting my journey to get stronger, healthier, and more focused without losing my mind (or my snacks).

✨ Here you’ll find:

Real talk about ADHD, mental health, and motivation

Triathlon training with zero gatekeeping

Bite-sized insights on dopamine, habits, and why we can’t start the thing

Cats. Lots of cats. Mostly in the way.

This isn’t about perfection — it’s about progress. Whether you’re neurodivergent, fitness-curious, or just here for the cats, you belong here.

So hit subscribe, bring snacks, and let’s figure it out together — one messy step at a time.
