From Hollywood To The Homestead

Goodbye Hollywood & Hello Farm Life!

We left Los Angeles for 6 acres of weeds, a 1914 fixer-upper farmhouse, and absolutely NO IDEA what we're doing!

Welcome to From Hollywood To The Homestead! We are complete beginners documenting our journey from scratch as we attempt an old farmhouse renovation, learn/improve on our DIY homesteading, and figure out how to live off the land. From chaotic historic home restoration to large scale farming, animal/livestock care, and DIY building projects, we are showing the raw reality of starting from zero....AGAIN!

Subscribe to watch two clueless city folks attempt to build a homestead—and see if we actually survive the learning curve.

Make sure to watch the Full Season 1 Playlist to show the entire initial 1 year journey of leaving California and driving cross country to start our initial small farm. We quickly outgrew that property and have moved on to an even bigger and better journey ahead!
