Uyinga was born in the village of Alateng, Tudor, Gauteng Town, Xiwuqi, and is a family of ordinary herdsmen. She graduated from Inner Mongolia University of Finance and Economics in 2017. For every family living in the pastoral area, the child is admitted to the university, not only carrying her own hopes, but also entrusting her parents' expectations of their children. 

However, Uyinga made a decision  and surprised her parents and many people. After graduation, she gave up the opportunity to work in a big city, returned to her hometown and started a network anchor.
