South Central Mountain RC&D Council

The South Central Mountain Resource Conservation & Development Council is a seven-member volunteer board that collaborates with area partners in an effort to improve the quality of life in Lincoln and Otero Counties in New Mexico. As a nonprofit organization, we have the privilege to partner with anyone looking to make a difference in our part of the Land of Enchantment.

Together with local agencies, groups, and individuals, we secure teams and funding to complete project proposals that solve local problems and satisfy local needs. Everything we do is to improve the local environments, economies, and lives of our fellow NM citizens. With your help, we can continue to enrich our communities.
