Everything around us creates energy, or takes energy to do. This includes anger, happiness, laughter, and sadness. It should be of no surprise that everything we touch, feel, ataste, hear, and see is energy being used by our conscious at a vibrational frequency. The more positive actions, such as happiness, joy and laughter, vibrate at a higher rate than that of sadness or anger. Today we will discuss five ways you can ensure that your own vibrational rate is higher in order to experience the more positive actions.
1. Use Powerful and Personal Affirmations That Support Your Vision
Understand what your hopes and dreams are, then find powerful things that will help you to be encouraged. Write down a mantra or find images that speak volumes to you. Train your mind to think about these desires so that you can be in the mindset of success.
2. Write Out Your Goals
Putting your goals down on paper will help you to solidify and clarify what you wish to accomplish. Break down your bigger goals into smaller actions. For example, if you want to eat healthier, write down what each day would specifically look like.
3. Practice Thankfulness
Sit down and express gratitude for all of the good things in your life. This will help to let the universe around you know that you are thankful and you are open to receiving more positive things. This action also helps to keep you grounded and helps you to remember your priorities. This action will also keep you humble and appreciate all that you already have.
4. Create A Vision Board
Sometimes called a Dream Board, this is a collage or a collection of visual images that represent your hopes and dreams. Go online and print images, or cut them out of magazines, that will trigger you to think about what you want to accomplish. Cut out inspirational quotes or words that represent what you wish to become. This board should represent what you want your life to look like after you accomplish your goals.
5. Fill Your Life With Joy and Laughter
It seems much easier to find someone that is miserable than happy these days. However, happiness can be just as contagious. Smile at a stranger and more than likely, they will smile back. Find joy in small things all around you. Realize that you can be a positive change for the world and begin to perform random acts of kindness. Not only will it spread joy, it will make you feel good as well.
