Get up off your sofa and join me in this short, fun workout by the beach.
By exercising for 30 minutes 5 times a week you are at a decreased risk of developing heart disease, diabetes and so much more.
On the backdrop of the beautiful Whitehaven Beach, together we get our hearts pumping with some stretches, jogging, star jumps and upper body twists. You can repeat these exercises as many times as you like and by the end you'll be feeling refreshed and energetic.
