Soulbody Yoga with Helena

Welcome to timeless Yoga and movement meditation with Helena. I strive to offer a class that is deeply connecting. These lessons are inspired by everything that I have been lucky enough to study. A fusion between vajrasatiyoga, scaravelli inspired, bothmer, sound bath and restorative Yoga.
