Linda Johnrose - Rest, Relax, Revive naturally

Helping people find rest, relaxation and revival on all levels - physically, mentally, emotionally and often spiritually.

I have taught yoga for over 25 years, leading classes, workshops, retreats and teacher training courses. 
I am a disciple of Paramhansa Yogananda and follow the teachings of Swami Kriyananda and Asha Nayaswami.

I love to help people find a natural way to release tension - whether it is physical, mental or emotional. By resting from the busy world we can learn techniques to relax our bodies and minds. This will lead us to stillness and help our souls remember their way home.

I incorporate working with the breath and sometimes use essential oils to deepen the experience - and often bring about quicker results.
