Our Mission:
Tip of the Spear Footbal exists to help foster the growth of football at all levels by developing, teaching and implementing educational and technical training programs designed to reduce head trauma while greatly improving player performance. 

Our Motivation:
1. We believe football is worth playing
2. Our curriculum is proven safer at all levels of competition
3. Our techniques are designed to eliminate the use of the helmet as a tool for contact
4. Lack of legitimate injury prevention options exist
       - Helmets and other equipment (such as mouthpieces) DO NOT PREVENT BRAIN INJURIES
       - The helmet is STILL the principle tool for contact, particularly in the "Tackle Box"
       - There are NO CURES for long term degenerative brain diseases associated with head trauma
       - Lawsuits and a lack of sustainable options threaten the games future
