steak, olive oil, salt, pepper
The meat should be at room temperature.
Put a pan with olive oil on high heat.
Season the meat with salt.
Carefully put the meat on the smoking hot pan.
Turn the steak over every 20–30 seconds.
Check the temperature with thermometer.
Let the steak rest for 5 minutes (!)
Season with black pepper before serving.
