Yoga Wheel poses for beginners. Take your time with the wheel, try things out slowly, as your confidence grows it will become easier! To start with just try sitting in front of the wheel and slowly leaning back onto it. Keep your hands on the mat if you like. Then try rolling up and down on the wheel to massage your spine - it feels great! The most important thing is to have fun and enjoy it, approach the wheel with a sense of playfulness and joy.
