GBC Croatia

Croatia Green Building Council (CGBC) was founded in 2009 as a non-profit organization for the promotion of sustainable building practices.

CGBC began building the network in Croatia with the purpose of driving the transformation of the built environment toward sustainable growth.

CGBC is a part of World GBC, a global network leading the transformation of the built environment.

CGBC activities are focused on advocacy for sustainable growth as well as the education of various stakeholders.

CGBC is continually expanding its membership network and activities and today has grown into a network of more than 130 members.

Through participation in various projects funded by European Union programs such as Horizon, LIFE, EUKI, the IKEA Foundation, and the Laudes Foundation, Croatia GBC has established itself as a serious, capable and responsible actor in the field of raising awareness, engaging stakeholders, and empowering the community.
