Welcome to Dotti Potts, I am a ceramic artist living in Barrie, Ontario, Canada.  I was born in Angola and raised in South Africa. I have called Canada home since 1994. 


Dotti Potts have been designed to enhance daily rituals like eating, drinking, entertaining, relaxing, meditating and more, they are to be lovingly used, look beautiful and bring joy to the user.

My daily interaction with my craft brings tremendous contentment to my life and feeds my soul on a daily basis. I am always excited to head to the studio with my dogs, and see what new & beautiful results I have achieve by marring clay, glaze and heat. The element of surprise that is achieved in the kiln firing is simply magical. 

Clay has endless possibilities, after nearly 3 decades of creating with the medium I feel like I’m just beginning…
