Will Sonnet and the Brokers

Will Sonnet began playing guitar at age 15, and turned to the 5-string banjo in his late 40s. He began collecting banjos and now travels with a gold-plated custom Gibson Earle Scruggs Deluxe archtop with 4 Keith tuners, his prized Beyer custom long neck, and a Deering Black Diamond. Summer 2022 delivered a much-anticipated Alison Brown Signature Prucha custom archtop with four Keith tuners.
Will set down the guitar when the Sonnets moved to Nashville in 2012. This YouTube channel is a project to get back in that saddle, with banjo, digital keyboard and slide guitar. "I've always been a creative," he told a journalist in an interview about his advertising design company in the 1990s. Wearer of many hats, Will has been a product designer, illustrator, writer, filmmaker, and now, singer-songwriter. Will Sonnet and the Brokers will soon release an album — My Fair Ladies, new songs about each of his three daughters, their mother, loves lost, old girl friends, heartbreak et many al.
