Vance Burkey brought the first 100% commission model to Knoxville and has since cemented its position as the #1 firm in our market for nearly four decades. Establishing ourselves as the best residential firm in East Tennessee, we’ve grown to over 600 agents, 10 offices, and 50 employees. Through our growth, we have become home to an elite commercial division comprised of exclusively commercial agents, a property management department that handles over 650 residential single-family homes, a national relocation division, and an in-house marketing team that provides a full range of design and promotional services.
