Weight Loss With James

Hello and welcome to my brand new Youtube channel dedicated to my weight loss journey! I started changing my habits and started exercising regurlary on January 6th 2023. I have decided to document my journey to help me stay dedicated but to also hopefully inspire others to make a change! If only one person out there watches any of my videos and says "hey, i'm just like that guy. I want to lose weight too!" then that would be seen as a huge positive in my books!

I have always had problems with controlling my weight. I have been overweight, to anorexic to "normal weight" to even ripped and relitively muscular. Unfortunately though, over the last few years, I gained more than I ever had before.

Please feel free to leave comments and ask questions, i'd be more than willing to answer and give any advice. Just for the record though, I am no expert and I only know what works for me as I've been on similar journey's before.
