Goals:
1) Weight at 184lbs done new 183lbs
2) walk  6,000 steps for a week
3) while awake stand up once an hour to not sit too much
4) walk 4,500 steps a day
5) find a diet to reduce gout
6) have a waist lower/smaller 39"
