Sarah Adams Health Coach

I'm a Certified Health & Life Coach, Christian, wife, and mother to an angel in heaven and a precious daughter here on earth! This channel started as a way for me to share healthy living content, but has turned into a vlog about my journey with living after loss. On August 2nd 2018, my Son Davin was stillborn. Life has changed for me completely, it's been a wild road filled with love and grief. Then on June 23rd 2020 my husband Clark and i had our beautiful daughter, our rainbow baby, Jolie Danielle!
Follow me as I open up authentically about the reality of pregnancy and infant loss, and living life there after as we grow our family.
