In this part I want to talk about some of my experiences of attempting to exercise while managing various health issues. I also tell you more about Modibodi who have been a great find for me, helping me feel more confident about attempting to keep fit. I understand everyone's ability's to exercise are very different, so this is talking just from my experience and illness severity, so it won't be easily applied to everyone watching. I'd love to hear your personal experiences in the comments.
Part 2 coming soon - where I'll be talking about some other products that have helped me when it comes to exercise. Products that help prepare my body and those that help with post exercise pain.
