in my past years, i've seen friends and family going through hard times, depression and losses. i always try my best to help and be there for others. but i have noticed that sometimes you can only help yourself. so we made this short video.

    A note to myself:
We live in a world so hateful some would rather die than be who they are.
We need to rise above this—on both sides. There is no excuse for being unloving. Being yourself should not be hard.
YOU decide who you are. What other people think of you should not matter.
You are not living their life, you are living YOUR life. So be you, and be proud of that.
You matter. You are loved. You are not defined by what other people think of you. Better yet, why define yourself at all? A definition
has limits and boundaries. Seek only to grow, expand, evolve, and change. The right people will persist in your life or appear in due
    time.
Love yourself; focus on yourself; take care of yourself; radiate love, goodness, and kindness; seek knowledge; express gratitude
daily; pursue the things that tug at your soul. Everything else will follow. You will be ALRIGHT. So keep your head up.
And if you ever find yourself empty from something you cannot know or name, find a stretch of ocean, a field, or mountainside, or
    even clouds or trees.
For there are a 1,000 simple ways to fill your tired soul so you can remember how to be, how to see, and most importantly, how to breathe.
