Echoed Stitches

I've been a maker all my life. My mom was a maker, besides making me and 3 wonderful sisters, she made clothes, covered furniture, you name it, and she taught her four girls along the way. Different things stuck with each of us. She was my biggest fan... miss her.
Coloring is still my first artsy memory but I've been told there was some pretty gross finger painting in the crib! I learned stitching early in life and have been "making" all my life. Learning new creative things... exploring materials is kind of my jam.
That is what I'll do here... oh and an occasional cat video.
Thanks for coming along on my journey. A little creative exploration everyday can relax you from the stress of your everyday and energize you for the next. Get out of your head and into your hands. Remember it's not thinking outside the box that's important... it's what you can "make" with the box. Keep creating!
