ABFT International Training Institute

Welcome to our channel, your go-to destination for learning about Attachment-Based Family Therapy (ABFT) (Diamond, Diamond, & Levy, 2014)!

ABFT is a groundbreaking, evidence-based family therapy model designed to address the complex dynamics of adolescent suicide and depression. Rooted in interpersonal theories, ABFT emphasizes the critical role of family relationships in either exacerbating or buffering against these challenges. This trust-based, emotion-focused psychotherapy aims to mend interpersonal ruptures and rebuild a secure, emotionally protective parent-child bond.

We offer comprehensive ABFT training and a full certification program. Ready to dive deeper? Visit us at ABFT International to learn more!
