Start Moving - Start Living focuses on lack of mobility due to joint pain, leading to obesity, Type 2 diabetes, heart disease, etc This Channel will have videos that raise awareness about this alarming epidemic and foster change to turn back this tide.We also will focus on the disparate healthcare received by African Americans, Latinos, and women of all races as we create these tools of change.
