The Cornell Institute for Climate Change and Agriculture (CICCA), as a national leader, fosters partnerships, engages stakeholders, and delivers trusted, research-based climate information and tools to farmers, natural resource managers, and other decision-makers. CICCA empowers farmers and their communities to respond to increasing climate variability and change, take advantage of opportunities, and lessen their impacts on the climate. Our goal is to build capacity to grow and strengthen agriculture in the face of a changing climate.

The Climate Smart Farming Video Project aims to collect stories of farmers’ experiences with extreme weather events and climate variability in the Northeast, and the practices they are putting in place to adapt to these changes and reduce their GHG emissions.
