Environmental Law Association South Africa

The Environmental Law Association of South Africa (ELA) is a not for profit NGO committed to pursuing the development, teaching, application and practice of environmental law in order to promote respect for environmental law and governance in South Africa, thereby contextualising the importance of the right to an environment enshrined in the Constitution. This channel has content from our events. Contact us if you'd like to find out more about our organisation and get involved. You can join the ELA for a small annual fee and become part of a wonderful network of scholars, practitioners and others involved in environmental law and governance in South Africa.
