Georgia Children's Defense, LLC is dedicated to defending children that are facing charges in juvenile court. Fighting for the rights of children is our passion and sole focus.

We have more than 10 years of experience in all aspects of the juvenile court system, including trials, motion hearings and appellate cases. We also represent children at school tribunal hearings. Our Founding Partner, Josh Lingsch, started his career as an intern while attending Georgia State University College of Law and later served as a law clerk in the Fulton County Juvenile Court. Josh began practicing as a juvenile defense attorney for Fulton County and was Supervising Attorney for Clayton County prior to founding our firm. Deep experience on both sides of the bench forms the foundation of our juvenile defense law practice.
