Tom's Wooddities

Hi, and welcome to Tom's Wooddities!

I'm a keen hobbyist based in the north east of England, UK, and have my own home workshop. Like many hobbyists, I started with a basic set up and worked my way up to what I have now, with aspirations of more to come.

My main area of interest is making live edge furniture with the contemporary twist of using epoxy resin! A divisive subject, but there's just something about it that really 'pops' in my eyes. See that channel header art? That's a real piece of American black walnut with sapphire blue resin, which is a real coffee table I made and my first commercial piece!

On this channel, I'm looking to document my journey from now to the future with you all, to share my learnings, my experience in trying new things, along with the odd review and product showcase.

I look forward to seeing you in all my videos!

Cheers,
Tom
