Ingredients: 1 Lb. Asparagus (454g) 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil (15ml) 1 Garlic Clove, Minced 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper (0.5g) Pinch of Salt
Directions: 1. Wash and dry asparagus. Snap off the dry ends of each asparagus. On a plate or bowl, drizzle the asparagus with olive oil. Add the garlic, black pepper, and salt. Toss to coat. Place asparagus in one layer onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Roast in a preheated oven at 425°F for 15 to 20 minutes or until tender. Serve warm.
