Aloha,

I'm chef Ellard. In 2012 I quit my cubicle job in the city, and moved to Hawai'i Island. I changed my career entirely to match my love and passion for food and travel. I was also heavily influenced by Anthony Bourdain and his food-based travel adventures as well as Hugh Fearnley Whittingstall and his emphasis on local and sustainable.  

The Culinary Edge TV combines food, culture, travel, education, surfing, fishing, story-telling, music, humor, recipes, and interesting characters in decidedly unique and authentic food adventures filmed around the world. 

If you like local and ethnic food, family recipes, unusual locations, travel, and other cultures, with a splash of humor, and a pinch of education, CETV is for you. We also try to feature the music of the places we are filming and opportunities to catch or forage our own food.
