In case you missed it, on March 3rd, WBC heavyweight champ Deontay Wilder will defend his title for a 7th time against Cuban southpaw Luis Ortiz live on Showtime from Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York. These two-undefeated heavy-hitters were originally scheduled to fight in November of 2017 but the fight was cancelled after Ortiz tested positive for banned substances. The WBC has since reinstated Ortiz and has cleared him to fight Wilder after an investigation revealed that his prescribed blood pressure medication was the culprit behind the failed drug test.
