Oumar's mother and sisters died of Ebola in 2013 and his father was killed in the Guinea civil war. Oumar fled and arrived in Italy in October 2015.
Oxfam found Oumar a legal guardian who has helped him through the process of applying for asylum, as well as organising opportunities for social integration - like playing football with local teenagers.
Poverty has been halved in the last 15 years, in the next 15 it could be gone. The time has come to be clear where we stand. We can each play our part however small it may feel. Let's not stop until we get there. We won't live with poverty.
