The Caribbean Secondary Schools' Drama Festival

Founded by Icil Phillips (Barbados) and Victor Edwards (Trinidad and Tobago) in 1994,  The Caribbean Secondary Schools Drama Festival is the First and Only Performing Arts exchange programme for Secondary Schools in the Caribbean Region. The festival occurs biennially with each installment being hosted by a different country.
