Today, I'm sharing one of the ways I practice Korean. Writing a diary is a good way to improve your Korean. You get to apply the Korean grammar structure, words and phrases that you've learned. It's also a good way to see your progress.
So I've decided to start a diary series where I write something about my day or week (my life is pretty uneventful. meh) in Korean then I make a short video with it. I want to keep the videos short so I'll post just the highlights only. I'm pretty excited because I will also get to practice video editing. Yay! When I have more time, I will try to speak Korean in some videos. I hope that by watching my diary videos, you'll learn some new words from it. And also, if you see any mistakes in my diary or if you think my sentences sound too awkward or too unnatural, please don't hesitate to let me know.
I've been studying Korean these past few days to prepare for the TOPIK (Test in Proficiency in Korean) exam this October. If you're planning to take TOPIK as well, leave a comment below. Maybe we can recommend some books or materials for TOPIK to each other. Also, I wish you the best of luck. 화이팅!
Kita Kita is a Filipino movie filmed in Sapporo, Japan about a blind tour guide girl and her neighbor. It's a romantic comedy movie but towards the end of it, people in the cinema fell silent and everyone started sobbing including myself. I wasn't just crying. To be very honest, I was already weeping and if I had watched it at home in my bedroom alone instead of watching it in the cinema filled with people, I'd probably be spending the next few hours curled up in bed crying. It just ripped my heart into shreds. It has English subtitles so if you happen to find a copy, I suggest that you watch it. It's really good.
Thanks for watching!
