Indian Cooking with Chef Dama

My name is Irfan Dama, and I am an Indian chef. I have spent the last two decades cooking Indian food in Corporate dining kitchens. My kitchen career began at Google, and in the last few years I have cooked for the employees of eBay, Linkedin, Samsung, Paypal, Microsoft and Walmart, to name a few.

My learning from my years of cooking professionally is that organization is EVERYTHING! If you aren't set up right, cooking becomes a nightmare. My goal through my channel and my Skool community is to teach you my tips, tricks and tactics to get organized in your home kitchen like the pros. This way, Indian cooking becomes a breeze, a pleasure and something you can fall back on day after day.

In the kitchen, they call me Chef Dama. Welcome to my Indian Cooking Community.
