GXunited is an educational resource hub and virtual fitness studio! Founded by Summer N. Sides (MS, CSCS, RYT-200) in 2015, the mission of GXunited is to give you the tools and resources you need to be an amazing mover and fitness professional. Whether you're on a mission to perform better in your daily life, or you're serving the world as a fitness professional Summer will give you tips and insights into how to be the best version of yourself.

This channel started as a direct result of COVID-19 and was originally a place for Summer N. Sides to share yoga classes with members of Greensboro Downtown Yoga (the community focused yoga studio she owns in Greensboro NC). As time has progressed so has this channel.
