Volunteer State Community College, popularly known as Vol State, is a public, two-year college with campuses in Gallatin, Livingston, Springfield, and Cookeville. Vol State offers more than 100 areas of study in six major divisions: Business and Technology, Humanities, Nursing, Math and Science, Social Science and Education, and Health Sciences.
