Guided by our vision and 5 core principles, the Utah League (under NICA) is more than just a governing body for high school cycling. The League produces a race series for high school age athletes following NICA's specifications utilizing proven risk management practices and chip timing system in a spectator-friendly lap format. The League also hosts Rider Camps for athletes in the summer and a Cyclefest Benefit. The League also providing comprehensive resources, education and licensing for coaches and volunteers. Partnered with The Positive Coaching Alliance, coaches receive instruction on positive coaching skills and are committed to the "NICA Safe Kids Program" in addition to practical skills/drills education, risk management practices, training, nutrition, etc.
